As a 3rd Line Engineer at IT365, you will act as the senior escalation point for complex and critical issues, taking full ownership of high-impact technical challenges to ensure client systems remain secure, stable, and optimised. You will provide technical leadership and mentoring to 1st and 2nd Line engineers while contributing to project delivery, technical standards, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced MSP.

As a 2nd Line Engineer at IT365, you’ll act as the primary escalation point from 1st Line, taking ownership of more complex technical issues to ensure client systems remain stable, secure, and performing at their best. You will provide hands-on support across infrastructure and troubleshooting, working closely with service desk to resolve issues efficiently, contribute to continuous improvement, and deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced MSP.
