No. We run structured migrations that keep your team working while data and systems move across safely in the background. You’re kept informed at every stage, and nothing switches over until it’s been tested.
In most cases, no. Cloud servers replace the hardware entirely, along with the cost and maintenance that comes with keeping it running. There are exceptions for specific line-of-business systems, and we’ll tell you honestly if that applies to you.
Access to cloud management and optimisation is included as part of the package. Migrations and larger projects, such as moving off an on-premise server, are scoped and billed separately as project work.
