Reliable, High Speed Internet For Your Business

Internet outages, poor call quality and unreliable mobile coverage can halt your team’s productivity, disrupt communication and damage customer experience.

Businesses today rely on always-on connectivity – from cloud applications and VoIP calls to hybrid working and remote teams. Slow speeds, legacy broadband lines and patchy mobile networks put your operations at risk.

At IT365, our Connectivity Services ensure your business stays connected, efficient and fully supported, with enterprise-grade broadband, VoIP telephony, local fibre, and mobile solutions through our trusted partners.

What Is Business Connectivity?

Card payments fail. Calls don’t connect. Cloud apps freeze and your team sits waiting for something they can’t fix. Connectivity stopped being a background utility a while ago, it’s the thing everything else runs on, and a few hours offline costs real money.

Business connectivity covers the services that keep you reachable and working: the broadband or fibre coming into the building, the phone system your customers ring, the mobile data your people use away from their desks and the phones and tablets that data sits on. IT365 supplies and supports all of it, watches it around the clock and steps in when performance dips, so you are not stuck between a broadband provider and a phone supplier while nothing gets fixed.

How We Deliver

Connectivity is a piece of work before it is a service. These four steps are how IT365 works out what keeps your business connected, puts it in and keeps it running, whether that turns out to be a line, a phone system or the devices in your team’s pockets.

01

Understand How You Work

We look at how your business actually stays connected and where it lets you down. That covers the line coming into the building, how your calls are handled and how your people work when they are nowhere near a desk. What comes out of it is a picture of what is costing you time and money, not a product list.

02

Recommend Changes

We tell you what is worth changing and what is fine as it is. Sometimes that is a faster line, sometimes it is moving your phones to VoIP, sometimes it is getting control of the phones and tablets your team already use. Plenty of businesses are paying for capacity they never touch, and we will say so.

03

Deploy & Switch You Over

We handle the install, the router and device configuration and the number porting. Existing numbers come across with you, main lines and direct dials included, and we plan the port and the switch-over around your working week. Your current contracts and renewal dates get worked into the timing so you are not paying two suppliers at once.

04

Keep It Working

Lines and managed devices are watched in the background and automated alerts flag a problem before your team reports one. Router management, line diagnostics, failover and device policies all sit with us, so there is one number to call. From the Elevate package your Customer Success Manager reviews usage and tariffs, so the setup stays matched to the business rather than to the deal you signed two years ago.

What IT365 Delivers

Cloud telephony that runs over your internet connection instead of a traditional phone line. IT365 delivers it as Webex for Gamma, which is Cisco Webex running on Gamma’s UK network. Calling covers what a business uses day to day: recording, hold and transfer, conferencing, call history, directory search, forwarding and single number reach, so one number reaches you at your desk, on your laptop or on your mobile. Higher licences add video meetings with breakout rooms, cloud recording and live transcription, plus team messaging. Audio intelligence strips background noise out of a call, which matters when your people take calls from a van or a site office. Licences are chosen per user, so a shared phone in a workshop does not cost the same as a full seat for someone who lives in meetings. Most clients take telephony as an add-on to an IT365 managed IT package, which is where it works best, because the team supporting your IT also supports your phones.

The phones, tablets and iPads your team works on get managed the same way as their laptops. New devices are set up quickly and enrolled from day one, and updates are pushed centrally rather than left to whoever remembers. You choose which apps people can install, and work files can be blocked from being copied into personal apps or personal cloud storage. Data on the device is encrypted, and a lost or stolen phone can be locked or wiped remotely before anything walks out of the business with it. It is the piece that makes flexible and field-based working safe, which is why our engineering and trades clients lean on it hardest.

4G and 5G plans with multi-network SIMs that pick up the strongest signal available, plus options for connected devices and mobile broadband. SIMs run on a rolling 30-day basis, so you are not tied into a long contract for someone who leaves in month four. If a person goes, you move the number to whoever replaces them or cancel it, and your bill follows your headcount instead of leading it.

Business-grade broadband and full fibre with the speed and the support that day-to-day work needs. Symmetrical full fibre where upload matters as much as download, for video calls, backups and moving large files to the cloud.

Where gigabit is available at your postcode, we’ll tell you. Where it isn’t, we’ll tell you that too, and we’ll tell you when the jump in speed won’t change anything for your team, which happens more often than you’d expect.

A dedicated connection used only by you, with committed speeds in both directions. It costs more than shared broadband, so it earns its place in businesses where an hour offline is expensive, or where a lot of people lean on the line at once.

A backup connection that takes over automatically when the main line fails. Your team keeps working and your customers never find out anything happened.

Your connections and managed devices are checked continuously and automated alerts flag a fault early. Most problems are picked up and dealt with before anyone phones in to report an outage.

Broadband, phones, SIMs and devices all come from IT365 under one point of contact and one bill, and for most clients that sits inside a managed IT package covering their laptops, servers, email and users as well. One team, one number to call and one bill for the lot, whether the problem turns out to be the line, the phone system or the device in someone’s hand.

Connectivity and IT, From One Team

Most clients start with one thing, a line, a phone system or a set of SIMs, and end up moving the rest across because it is simpler. Put your connectivity and your IT support with the same team and nothing gets passed between suppliers while your business waits, and nobody gets to tell you it is the other supplier’s problem.

Frequently asked questions

We start with how your business works rather than with a product. We look at the line coming into the building, how your calls are handled, how your team works when they are away from a desk and what keeps going wrong. Then we tell you what is worth changing. Plenty of businesses are paying for more capacity than they use, and we will say so.

Yes. Your numbers port across with you, main lines and direct dials included. We plan the port around your working week so calls aren’t landing in the wrong place during business hours.

If you have failover in place, a backup connection takes over automatically and your team carries on working. Either way we’re monitoring the line, so we’re usually onto the fault before you’ve reported it, and because the connection comes from us, there’s no waiting while two suppliers argue about whose problem it is.

It is how we manage the phones and tablets your team works on, the same way we manage their laptops. Devices get set up quickly, updates get pushed centrally, you control which apps people can use, and a lost or stolen device can be locked or wiped remotely. If your people open work email or work files on a phone, and almost everyone does, it is worth having. It matters most for field-based teams.

No. Connectivity is priced separately, because the cost depends on what you need, how many lines and how many users, so it is quoted rather than bundled. VoIP telephony is usually taken as an add-on to an IT365 managed IT package, which is how most clients buy it. You can also take connectivity on its own, without IT support.
