The last six months at IT365 have been transformational.
Not because we changed our logo.
Not because we launched new packages.
And not because we wanted to sound bigger than we are.
They have been transformational because we made a clear decision about the kind of business we want to be, and the kind of value we want to create for our customers. With the rise of AI and new tools evolving in our market, standing still simply wasn’t an option.
We are not building IT365 to be just another local managed service provider. We are building a business that gives organisations the confidence, visibility and strategic direction they need from their technology partner.
That shift matters, because businesses today do not just need issues fixed. They need technology that supports growth, reduces risk, improves productivity and helps leadership teams make better decisions. That is exactly the direction IT365 has been shaping over the last six months.
From IT Provider to Strategic IT Partner
One of the biggest developments for us has been changing how we position and deliver our services.
For many businesses, IT support has traditionally meant reactive helpdesk support: wait for a problem, log a ticket, fix the issue, repeat. But that model only takes a customer so far. It keeps things running, but it does not necessarily help them move forward.
Our focus has been to step beyond that. To become more deliberate, more proactive, and more commercially aligned to the businesses we support.
That means:
- Clearer service structures
- Stronger, built in security
- Better visibility for customers
- More meaningful conversations about what IT should actually be doing for the business
That’s why the message “You don’t need another helpdesk. You need a strategic partner” has become central to how we communicate. Because it reflects the shift we’re making – and the expectation we’re setting.
A new brand backed by a stronger service model
Our brand refresh wasn’t about appearance – it was about alignment.
Behind it, we reshaped our service offering to be clearer, more scalable and built for modern organisations.
Our packages – Essentials, Elevate and Infinite Assurance are designed to grow with the business. They remove confusion, bring structure to the service, and make it easier to understand what’s included and how it delivers value.
This isn’t just packaging.
It’s about creating a service that customers can actually navigate, rely
on, and scale with confidence.
Creating more value for existing customers
Growth is not only about winning new business. It is also about doing more for the customers who already trust us.
That has been a major focus. Over the last six month’s we’ve worked to make IT365 easier to access, more visible, and more valuable day-to-day.
We’ve developed:
- A customer portal that gives real visibility over systems, support and activity
- Academy365, a training platform that helps users work more confidently, securely and effectively
- A developing service store, making it easier for customers to order hardware and access services
This is a deliberate shift.
IT shouldn’t feel like a black box.
It should feel like something you can see, use and understand.
Winning and supporting growing, international businesses
One of the highlights of the last six months has been expanding into new customer relationships – including businesses operating internationally.
We’re now supporting organisations across multiple locations, helping them standardise, secure and scale their IT environments.
That changes the role we play.
We’re not just supporting individual sites. We’re helping businesses operate consistently across regions, with structure, control and clear direction.
That’s a very different role to a traditional local IT provider.
Investing in the team to support growth
To deliver on this shift, we’ve invested where it matters most – our people.
In the last six months, we’ve brought in four new engineers, strengthening our service capability and technical depth.
We’re also continuing to grow the business across:
- Operations
- Customer Success
- Sales
Because the reality is simple: You can’t scale service quality without scaling the team behind it.
Developing our vCIO offering: becoming part of the leadership team
The biggest step forward – and the area we’re now actively developing with customers – is our vCIO offering.
This is where the relationship fundamentally changes.
Instead of being a support function, IT365 becomes a true extensions of the business.
That means:
- Understanding what the business is trying to achieve
- Translating that into clear IT direction
- Support decisions around risk, investment and growth
It’s not about adding more layers of service. It’s about providing direction, accountability and clarity.
Because when IT is aligned properly, it stops being a cost centre – and starts becoming part of how the business grows.
Where we’re going next
The last six months have been fast, challenging, and genuinely exciting.
We’ve:
- Launched a new brand
- Restructured our service offering
- Added more value for existing customers
- Won new business, including international contracts
- Expanded our team
- Built the strategic vCIO model
But this is just the beginning.
The next phase is about:
- Deepening strategic relationships with customers
- Developing our vCIO offering further
- Continuing to invest in tools, people and capability
- Support customers as they grow – wherever that takes them
A note from our CEO – James Bull
“At the start of 2026, I set our business a bold challenge, to grow our client seat count, turnover, and customer satisfaction scores by 30% within the year.
I am thrilled to tell you that at the halfway point, we have not just met that target — we have exceeded it, achieving a 40% improvement across all three measures.
This does not happen by accident. It is the result of an incredible team who show up every single day with one goal in mind, to deliver technology solutions that genuinely make a difference to your business. Their dedication, expertise, and passion for getting things right is something I am immensely proud of.
But equally, this milestone belongs to you, our clients. Your trust in us, your feedback, and your partnership pushes us to be better. When you grow, we grow, and that relationship is at the heart of everything we do.
As we head into the second half of 2026, we are not resting. We are investing in new capabilities, expanding our team, and doubling down on the service standards you deserve.
Exciting times to look forward to
Thank you for being part of our journey.”
